can you in ca. high bank and dredge from the shallow 1 foot water creeks ? And can the high banker pump be used to dredge in the 1 foot shallows ?

High Banking is on shore, and digging in the banks above the river and uses a motorized pump to flush the sluice mounted on a stand, not in the water.
Now using a pump in some areas isn't allowed, Like at EF above the Cattle Creek bridge no motorized mining allowed.
Also some areas that allow High Bankers requires High bankers to have a settling ponds before the water returns to the river to reduce Turbidity of the water.
They Don't want us to help the economy by adding new money to it in the form of gold.
In all the advancing we can do to improve this world, the sharing of knowledge and wisdom is the most important.
