Feb 2010Black Hills, South Dakota278 113 times All Types Of Treasure Hunting welcome to the forum. I prefer the garret because of the 1/4' lip on the bottom edge. it gives an extra spot for the gold to collect in the corner versus the GPAA pan that goes right to the slope of the wall. some like the GPAA pan for its wide bottom. it's a good pan I own several but I like the garret.
